Welcome to our practice. We are honored you have given our team the opportunity to assist you with your dental care. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality of dental care and do so in a professional manner. In the interest of providing excellent health care and doing good business, we believe it is best to establish a financial policy to avoid any misunderstandings. Therefore, we have developed the following financial policy for our patients:

  • We are a private fee for service healthcare office. Therefore, you are responsible for paying all services on the day the services are performed. You may pay for your services at the time of treatment with cash, check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express).
  • For those patients who have dental insurance, we will be glad to file the necessary paperwork for reimbursement. NOTE: All co-payment and deductibles are to be paid at the time the dental services are provided. Also, please remember that your insurance coverage is a contract between you and the insurance company, not between our office and the insurance company. If your insurance company requests additional information such as chart notes, x-rays, narratives, etc., we will be happy to provide such information at no additional charge.  All insurence quotes are an estimate.  Your final balance due will be determined after your insurance provider had paid their part.
  • Financing is available through Care Credit. This financing company offers extended payment plans with prior credit approval. This is an excellent way for our patients to get the dental care that they need with financial help. We can provide more information for Care Credit Financing if this option interests you.
  • For minor patients, the parent/ guardian accompanying the minor is responsible for full payment. For those unaccompanied minors, non- emergency treatment will be denied unless charges have been pre-authorized to a credit card, or payment by cash or check at the time of service has been verified.
  • For procedures that require multiple visits (crowns, bridges, dentures) the total fee will be divided by the number of visits and that amount is due at each visit. Final payment due in full at the last visit. Please let us know if you have any questions.
