Appointment Policy

At our practice, providing high-quality care to each of our patients is our top priority. When an appointment is missed without proper notice, another patient is prevented the opportunity to receive necessary treatment.

Because we do not double-book, your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you. Due to increased demand, we  now require all appointments to be confirmed at least

48 hours in advance.  

Any unconfirmed appointment will be opened up to other patients.

We will make at least three attempts to reach you – via email, text and phone – to confirm your appointment. Please help us stay in touch by ensuring we have your most up-to-date contact information.

If you do not show for a confirmed appointment a $50 PER HOUR NO SHOW FEE.

will be applied to your account. This fee is your responsibility, but can be billed to your insurance provider, which will affect your benefits.

Patients with two missed appointments without notice may be dismissed from the practice. While we hope this policy never has to be enforced, it is necessary to ensure timely care for all of our patients.
