Appointment Policy

It is of the utmost importance to us that our practice provides the best care possible. Each time a patient fails to show for their appointment without proper notice, another patient is prevented the opportunity to receive necessary treatment.

We do not double book which means your appointment is reserved for you and you alone. We are experiencing a high demand for dental visits at this time and are requiring 48hrs notice if you do not intend to keep your appointed time.

If there is failure to notify us prior to the 48 hour deadline, we will issue a

$50 PER HOUR NO SHOW FEE.

This will be billed to you, not your insurance company.

After two no-shows, we will, unfortunately, no longer be able to keep you as a patient. We certainly hope that this policy is never enacted but our intent is to provide excellent care which requires our availability to our patients.
